Right of Withdrawal
This notice describes the consumer's right of withdrawal and termination under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.). This notice forms part of the General Terms and Conditions published on the site.
Deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the product is received by the consumer or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the consumer. In the case of several products, if they are delivered separately, the day of receipt of the last product is decisive.
If the Service Provider failed to provide information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period is extended by 12 months. If the Service Provider provides the information after the 14-day period has expired but within 12 months, the withdrawal period expires on the 14th day after the information is communicated.
Manner of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by a clear statement to that effect by the consumer, electronically or by post. The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal in the period between the day of conclusion of the contract and the day of receipt of the product. The right of withdrawal is deemed exercised within the deadline if the consumer sends the statement before the deadline expires.
Returning the product
The consumer must return the product without delay, but no later than within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal, or hand it over at the Service Provider's address. The return is deemed completed within the deadline if the consumer sends the product before the deadline expires.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer. Cash-on-delivery or unpaid parcels are not accepted. The product must be returned to the Store address.
Refund
In the event of withdrawal, the Service Provider refunds the full amount paid by the consumer as consideration, including the costs incurred in connection with performance (e.g. the delivery fee), without delay but no later than 14 days from becoming aware of the withdrawal. The Service Provider is not obliged to refund additional costs if the consumer chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard one.
The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method; no additional cost is charged to the consumer for the use of this refund method. The Service Provider may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the consumer has credibly proven its return, whichever is earlier.
Liability for depreciation
The consumer is liable only for depreciation resulting from use exceeding that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The Service Provider may deduct the amount of depreciation resulting from improper use from the amount to be refunded.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal in particular for: custom-made or personalized products; opened products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons; sealed audio or video recordings or software where the seal has been broken (e.g. CD, DVD, devices containing software); products that cannot be returned by their nature; and used consumables (e.g. strings, picks, drumsticks, cymbals, care and cleaning products).
